Yes, you can always buy a folding treadmill, but you should still know exactly where you are going to use it when it’s time to workout.  I suggest you clear a space before the treadmill arrives.  This way you have room to set it up and use it immediately once it arrives without any clutter in the way to slow you down.  You should make sure you leave at least a few feet around where the treadmill is going to go and see if that space will make it practical to have a treadmill there.
